Living the pura vida since 2008
The Costa Rica Welcome Center (CRWC) is an organization that has been operating in Costa Rica since 2008. We began with our initial project, Costa Developers, which is situated 20 minutes south of Los Suenos Marina on the Pacific coast. This high-end community played a significant role in putting Costa Rica on the map during the 1960s. Over the years, Costa Developers has successfully developed over 250 residential properties across three different locations.
In 2018, CRWC embarked on its second large-scale project, located in the hills of Nosara. This area offers a unique lifestyle known as the Blue Zone, where residents tend to live longer and enjoy better health. Blue zones are limited to five places worldwide: Okinawa, Japan; Sardinia, Italy; Ikaria, Greece; Loma Linda, California; and the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica.
CRWC aims to provide a welcoming environment and promote the Pura Vida lifestyle, which embodies the essence of living life to the fullest in Costa Rica.
